Terms and Conditions
Cancellation – Refund Policy
Deposits must be made in full at the time of booking in order to secure a place. Once full payment has been made, confirmation will be sent and no refund of the deposit can be issued
The remainder of the cost of the course must be paid 7 days before the course.
If you do not pay the full amount 7 days before the course you will lose your place. Please contact me if this is a problem to see if we can resolve it together.
If you fail to attend your chosen and booked date, then simply moving to another date isn’t an option. There shall be no charge however, if a customer wishes to send another person to replace the original candidate if notified within 7 days of course date.
Please inform me in writing of any change to the original booking, otherwise the course will be treated as a cancellation.
Coronavirus/potential lockdown
In the case of another COVID-19 lockdown I would kindly ask that you would let me hold on to your place until the restrictions are lifted, when I can then deliver the course. If this isn’t something you wish to do, your payment will be fully refunded to you and I hope to see you when restrictions are over.
Candidate Minimum Age
Please note: We cannot accept candidates on courses who are below the age of 18 years old unless attending a course which is for under 18s.
Medical History/Health Condition
On booking the course the customer must forward, in writing, any information that may affect safety during any course, this includes any dietary requirements.
Alcohol/Drugs
Candidates will not be accepted on to the course if I believe that he/she is under the influence of any substance likely to affect safety.
Arrival Time/Start Time
If for any reason, any attendees are going to be late then please let me know. Attendees are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before the course is due to start. If you are late and the class has started, I will do my best to help you catch up. Refunds will not be given for lateness due to the costs that went into preparing your place.
Special Needs Requirements
Please notify me prior to commencement of the course if you have any disabilities or literacy problems so that I provide appropriate provisions and assistance.
